Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses within them forfeited.
Accurate Information
All information provided during registration and account management must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. fk66 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account information up to date. Changes to your registered phone number or payment details must be communicated to fk66 support promptly.
3. Account Registration and Security
Your responsibilities regarding account access and credential security
To use fk66, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladeshi phone number and creating a secure password. Your account credentials — phone number and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fk66 immediately by contacting support via the email address listed on the site. fk66 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you reported the breach. fk66 will never ask for your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any mobile wallet credentials via email, SMS, or any other channel.
KYC Verification
fk66 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed.
Account Closure by Player
You may close your fk66 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding. Accounts closed while a self-exclusion period is active will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fk66 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with applicable procedures at the time of closure.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds received from a payment method registered to another person — are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing charges.

Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal ৳500. Most withdrawals processed within 10 minutes. Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for deposit.
Currency
All balances held and transactions processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees. ৳ symbol used throughout the platform.
Verification
KYC documents may be required before large withdrawals. fk66 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification.
fk66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, fk66 will notify the account holder and, where legally required, may report the matter to relevant authorities. Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Terms governing all bonus and promotional offers on fk66
fk66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general bonus rules, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the offer-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets only; bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless the offer expressly provides for this. fk66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that wagering requirements have been circumvented through low-risk or hedged betting strategies.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry date stated in the offer-specific terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates. fk66 is not obligated to provide advance reminders of upcoming bonus expiry.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated betting tools, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — constitutes bonus abuse and a material breach of these Terms. fk66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings resulting from bonus abuse, and to suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in such conduct.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Activities that are strictly forbidden on the fk66 platform
The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities. fk66 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct and reserves the right to act on credible evidence of a breach at its sole discretion.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

7. Intellectual Property

The fk66 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of fk66. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the fk66 name, logo, or any other proprietary mark without the prior written consent of fk66.
Game content available on fk66 — including slot titles, live casino streams, and sports betting interfaces — is licensed to fk66 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective provider. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform and its content for personal entertainment purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

fk66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that game outcomes will meet your expectations. The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fk66 reserves the right to suspend or modify any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such suspension or modification.
9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

10. Termination and Suspension

fk66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fk66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account; (c) you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage; (d) fk66 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; or (e) fk66 determines, for any other legitimate operational or legal reason, that continued provision of services to you is no longer appropriate.
Upon closure of your account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. Where account closure is not attributable to a breach by you (for example, if fk66 ceases operations), fk66 will make reasonable efforts to return any genuine real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Amendments to These Terms
